Work Stays

When work brings you or your team to Nelson, we keep the stay simple. Harbourside is on Nelson Marina at 4 Duncan Street, with Port Nelson on the doorstep and the city centre a three-minute drive away.

Every room has a Super King bed or two singles, platinum-grade linen, blackout curtains and a heat pump you control. We're at the end of a no-exit street, and the marina-side rooms are the quiet side of the property. Breakfast is included, starting at 7am. Parking is free outside your door.

The Anchor is next door and delivers to your room. Charge meals back at six Nelson restaurants, with budgets set in advance if the office wants them. Accommodation and meals arrive on one invoice.

Studios for overnight stays, including the Upper Marina Studio with its desk and floor space for a full set of gear. For longer rotations, the Marina Apartment has a full kitchen and the Balcony Apartment a kitchenette. Free Wi-Fi and a guest laundry on site.

Project pricing agreed up front, long-stay and group rates, and meal budget packages, so the accommodation line is settled before you submit the tender.
