An upper-level studio for two, facing east across the marina to the hills. There is no city in the view. Just boats, water and the hills behind. This is the quiet side of the property, and being one floor up means the outlook clears the boats and nobody walks past your window.
The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a Juliet balcony, so the marina comes into the room rather than staying outside it.
There’s a desk too, which makes it an easy room to work from if you’re here on a job. And there’s floor space for a full set of suitcases, which matters if you’ve come a long way.
