ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS

Deposit: A non refundable deposit must be received by the in the quotation given date to confirm a reservation. This is calculated as a percentage of the total charge.

Prepayment: Non refundable full prepayment of room charges are to be paid by the date detailed in the confirmation letter. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.

Cancellations: Cancellation notice must be in writing direct to the motel. Cancellations received after two months (60 days) from the arrival date, are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations received after 1 month (30 days) from the arrival date are subject to the costs associated with the full stay of the group.

Changes in reservation term: Any change to the term of the reservation will be treated as a new reservation and will be subject to availability of rooms, additional charges may apply. Earlier departure than the date shown above, by the group or any member of the group may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

All quotations are valid for 10 days unless stated differently. The original quotation must be returned signed by an entitled person within these 10 days or any other quoted timeframe together with the quoted non-refundable deposit.

If the signed copy and/or the deposit is not received by the due date the motel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice

Motel Information:  We endeavour to maintain a high standard in our motel. All rooms are fully serviced each day. (Should your group require additional services eg extra towel changes additional fees may occur).

Please note that we are able to assist with the groups laundry requirements at additional costs.
